Event Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering corporate hospitality programs at major sporting and concert events.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event strategies to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  • Coordinate with venues, caterers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of events.

  • Design and execute branding/styling plans for event spaces.

  • Work closely with the events team to ensure successful event execution.

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and event reporting.

  • Assist in maintaining social media accounts and websites.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

  • A tertiary qualification in event management, marketing, hospitality or a related field (highly regarded).

  • A passion for sports, music, and live entertainment.

  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
