Director of Adult Mental Health Services

We seek a psychiatrist leader to shape and transform our Adult & Older Adult Mental Health & Wellbeing Service. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary professional to join a like-minded team of doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and peer workers at a major tertiary teaching hospital in Melbourne's inner southeast.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Deputy Director of Operations, allied health, and lived experience leaders to deliver safe, effective, and appropriate services to adults and older adults receiving care in community, residential, and acute settings.

This leadership role requires close working relationships with medical service heads of four streams: Navigations & Continuing Care, Rehabilitation & Recovery, Addiction Health, and Aged Psychiatry.
