The Opportunity: We're looking for a Learning Experience Developer to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of engaging training programs. You'll be working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure our people have the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create engaging and effective e-learning content that enhances team members' understanding of the business and their role.
  2. Design and develop training programs, both in-person and virtually, to meet the learning needs of our employees.
  3. Manage the Dayforce LMS, ensuring the smooth operation and administration of training programs.
  4. Support onboarding and induction processes to set up new employees for success.
  5. Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess learning needs and improve training solutions.
  6. Contribute to broader employee engagement and talent initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.

You Will Bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role.
  • Experience administering and creating reports using Learning Management Systems.
  • Proven experience, substantial knowledge and skills in the application of Articulate 360 suite and basic multimedia software.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Experience in learning resource design to support development, communication, and professional presentation of training and information resources.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
