Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our Delivery Stations and Sort Centres.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain learning materials, including presentations, guides, and assessments.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide feedback to participants.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.
