We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, operations, and leadership.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that all aspects of the operation are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing budgets, forecasting, labor, and materials management.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for implementing new standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading by example in maintaining a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing budgets and financial resources
- Forecasting and analyzing sales data
- Labor management and scheduling
- Materials management and procurement
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma in Business Management or related field
- Experience in food handling or manufacturing
- Minimum 3 years experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze reports and make informed decisions
