Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions that meet our business needs.

  • Assist in ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud assets by working closely with the Security Operations Centre.
  • Deliver ongoing operations of all areas of cloud technologies including private cloud and on-premise server environments and systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Design, implement, and support cloud and on-premise infrastructure
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of services
  • Collaborate with the Security Operations Centre
  • Configure and maintain IT infrastructure systems to safeguard company data and information
  • Participate in IT infrastructure projects such as upgrades, migrations, and expansions
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and server operating environments
  • Create and maintain detailed IT infrastructure documentation
  • Ensure planned maintenance of infrastructure is performed to reduce unplanned outages

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
