Job Title: Clearwater Program Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Program Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of customer-focused initiatives that deliver on strategic business priorities and targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with expertise in integrated water management, capacity building, adult learning, and stakeholder engagement.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate professionals to deliver program outcomes that operationalize strategic priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement customer-focused initiatives that deliver on strategic business priorities and targets.
  • Lead the delivery of integrated water management capacity building programs for the Melbourne region.
  • Project manage the implementation of new capacity building initiatives that are responsive to industry trends and opportunities.
  • Promote and build the organization's profile within the integrated water management industry, developing and strengthening key relationships and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement customer-focused initiatives that align with strategic business priorities.
  2. Lead the delivery of integrated water management capacity building programs.
  3. Project manage the implementation of new capacity building initiatives.
  4. Promote and build the organization's profile within the integrated water management industry.

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge and/or experience related to integrated water management.
  • Understanding of best practice capacity building, adult learning, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to accurately report numeric outcomes.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of professionals to deliver program outcomes.
