About the Role

The Clearwater Training Coordinator will support our Integrated Water Management (IWM) capacity building program by coordinating the delivery of IWM training and events, leading communication and engagement activity, and driving the implementation of IWM practices through increasing skills, knowledge, and networks across the water industry.

This role involves:

  • Project managing the delivery of training, events, and other capacity building activities, both online and face-to-face.
  • Liaising with customers, presenters, venue managers, and suppliers to coordinate training, events, and activities.
  • Developing and implementing communication and engagement plans to increase attendance at events and successful implementation of capacity building activities.
  • Providing excellent customer service and generating new customers for events.
  • Maintaining accurate program documentation and resources within information management systems.

The ideal candidate has highly developed organisational and administrative skills, with demonstrated ability to coordinate schedules, maintain accurate records, and streamline administrative processes. They possess a tertiary qualification related to Social Sciences, Education, Business, or Natural Resources Management, and experience in training coordination, event management, communications, and engagement activities.
