Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service support to our national client-facing staff, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Lead the delivery of administration for KPMG client engagements, from onboarding to completion, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our client teams, providing solutions to complex problems and ensuring effective communication.
- Prepare and review engagement letters, reports, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and maintain data integrity in our SAP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Draft and raise bills, and manage client debtor accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.
- Utilize various risk management systems and accounting software to support our client-facing teams.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and exceptional customer service.
