About the Team

The Private Business and Family Advisory (PBFA) division is one of the largest within Pitcher Partners Melbourne. You will work alongside a motivated, friendly, and collaborative team, providing support to our clients in managing their business and advisory needs.

About the Role

In the Private Business and Family Advisory team, you will assist a diverse client base with a range of accounting, advisory, and tax services. Your responsibilities will include both technical support and business advisory, along with managing and mentoring direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing financial statements and tax returns
  • Conducting year-end tax planning reviews
  • Overseeing compliance tasks such as BAS and IAS
  • Assisting with the maintenance of accounting software
  • Providing general accounting, tax, and business advice

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting, along with CA or CPA certification and experience in a professional services environment.
