**Accounting Advisory Manager**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Advisory Manager to join our team at PEOPLE 2.0 AUSTRALIA (EST) PTY LTD. As an Accounting Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert accounting guidance to our clients and managing complex financial data sets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and apply complex accounting guidance to serve clients' accounting and reporting requirements
  • Prepare financial statements (10Q, 10K) and manipulate large, complex data sets from various sources to distill insights
  • Design, build, and automate dashboards to provide actionable insights to clients
  • Work and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and execute on project scope in an ambiguous environment
  • Collaborate with data engineering/data science and other analytics teams to establish auditable data models that serve clients' business needs
  • Provide exceptional client service with the ability to meet project deadlines and maintain outstanding client relationships
  • Manage multiple priorities and take a leadership role in project management and execution (training & mentoring junior staff, project planning, owning technical areas of the project)

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in an analytical field (Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science/Engineering)
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • 5+ years of work experience in accounting and financial analysis
  • Experience managing teams and projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starting, intellectually curious, and creative individual operating in ambiguity
  • Strong Excel experience (e.g., lookups, pivot tables, Go to Special functions, SUMIF, Mid/LEFT/RIGHT)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of accounting and financial concepts/reporting, including ASC 606 (Revenue), ASC 718 (Share Compensation), Financial Reporting, SOX compliance, and forecasting
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Quickbooks)
  • Experience with Public Companies
  • Experience with Carta
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power Query)
  • Experience programming in SQL and Python
  • Experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
