Job Title: Land Development Inspection Officer

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity to join our organization as a Land Development Inspection Officer. As part of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting subdivision civil engineering works to ensure compliance with relevant state and local regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Conduct inspections of subdivision civil engineering works to ensure compliance with construction, dust, noise and environmental management plans in accordance with relevant state and local regulations.">
  3. Ensure works are constructed in accordance with approved plans and specifications to protect the interests of our organization and the community.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A diploma in Civil Engineering or related field (or demonstrated equivalent competency).">
  • Completion of relevant asphalt and road construction training courses.">
  • Experience and knowledge in a road inspection, maintenance or construction environment.">
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.">

  • An annual salary range of $99,138 - $106,623 per annum.">
  • Superannuation matching up to an additional 5% contribution (total up to 22% superannuation).">
