  • Works across various kitchen sections and rosters, including weekends and public holidays, as business needs require.
  • Maintains high personal standards in grooming, hygiene, and professional behaviour.
  • Supports a positive team environment by mentoring junior staff and kitchen hands.
  • Attends daily briefings and actively participates in training and development programs.
  • Rotates through different kitchen stations and contributes to a flexible and efficient team.
  • Upheolds hotel policies and procedures including health and safety, food hygiene, and operational standards.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Knowledge of safe handling/lifting procedures
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
