Product Manager Interlock

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to drive business growth and increase product awareness.
- Manage Product Portfolio: Oversee the development, launch, and maintenance of Interlock products, ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands.
- Lead Sales Team: Provide technical product information, support sales strategy implementation, and optimize performance to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, including international colleagues, to ensure effective product management and sales support.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Apply a compliance-focused mindset across all operations, ensuring a safety-first approach and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Tertiary Qualification: Hold a degree in Technical, Business, or Frontline Management.
- Experience: 3-5+ years in a similar technical product sales leadership role.
- Skills: Develop strong knowledge of Interlock products and services, with moderate-to-high proficiency in Service Management, CRM, and MS Office systems.
- Personal Qualities: Adaptability, team player attitude, and willingness to learn, with a proactive mindset and ability to act as a role model in upholding compliance standards.
