Job Opportunity: Home Care Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Home Care Supervisor.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance & Warranty Repairs: Perform routine and scheduled maintenance tasks including painting, tiling, minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
  • Liaise with the Coordinator to schedule works and gain access to client properties.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of agreed-upon works.
  • Ensure all work complies with OH&S and contractual requirements.
  • Customer Service:
  • Communicate professionally with clients while on-site.
  • Respect clients' home environments, protect belongings, and maintain clean work sites.
  • Acknowledge and escalate client concerns when necessary.
  • Administration & Reporting:
  • Retain and submit receipts for job-related purchases.
  • Complete daily work records and photo documentation.
  • Provide summary reports to management as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in building or construction; trade qualifications preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
