You'll ensure all work is completed professionally, safely, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Warranty Repairs Perform routine and scheduled maintenance including painting, tiling, minor electrical and plumbing repairs Liaise with the Home Care Coordinator to schedule works and gain property access Prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of agreed works Ensure all work complies with OH&S and contractual requirements Adhere to correct waste disposal techniques Customer Service Communicate professionally with clients while on-site Respect the client's home environment, protect belongings, and maintain a clean worksite Acknowledge and escalate client concerns when necessary Represent Burbank with professionalism and care Administration & Reporting Retain and submit receipts for job-related purchases Complete daily work records and photo documentation Provide summary reports to management as required What We're Looking For Previous experience in building/construction; trade qualifications preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Driver's license essential Health, Safety & Environment All Burbank employees are expected to uphold our HSE standards, participate in training, and ensure safe work practices at all times.
