Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team.
Main Responsibilities- Process customer orders by creating work orders, generating quotations and handling sales-related tasks.
- Timely preparation and submission of customer quotes.
- Creation of work orders, invoicing, archiving, creating purchase orders and performing general administrative duties.
- Accurate and efficient data entry.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
- Prior experience dealing with B2B customers is desirable.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Intermediate level computer skills.
- High regard for health and safety policies and procedures.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
