At Coles, we're looking for a detail-oriented and physically fit individual to join our Cleaning and Trolley Collection team as a Cleaning and Facilities Assistant.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience for our customers by working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.

  • You'll use various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • You'll also be responsible for cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Additionally, you'll collect trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, no matter the weather.

As a team player, you'll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting, both indoors and outdoors. You'll need to provide great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.

As a Cleaning and Facilities Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week.
