About the Role

As a Senior Investigative Lead, you will be responsible for leading high-risk investigations from initial response through to final recommendations. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex issues with balanced judgement.

You will work closely with frontline leaders to guide local investigations and ensure alignment with national standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders to maintain a consistent and trusted approach to safety investigations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to shape key messages across the business. If you have experience in safety investigations and are able to lead and coach others in investigation methodologies and just culture principles, we encourage you to apply.

About You
  • An experienced investigator with a sharp analytical mind and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of Rail Safety National Law and relevant WHS legislation.
  • Knowledge and experience in safety investigations, preferably within rail, transport, or other high-risk industries.
