As a Senior Construction/Maintenance Project Delivery Supervisor with Osborne Richardson, you will be responsible for overseeing construction and/or maintenance works on State Government properties. This will include leading the maintenance and minor works functions, reviewing issues before identifying suitable repairs and providing cost estimations for their remediation.

You will also be responsible for organizing construction/maintenance works to be completed by contractors, as per agreed schedules. For senior roles, you will also oversee the construction contract management process, including requests for tenders, extensions of time, variations, etc.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a construction trade qualification or equivalent experience, as well as extensive experience in building construction and maintenance at a practical, hands-on level. You will also need to have experience developing schedules of works for building repairs and/or construction, assessing standard building defects and providing suitable repair plans, including cost estimates.

In addition, you will need to have sound communication and IT skills, as well as prior experience working with construction contracts from start to end (for senior roles). A salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits, will be offered to the successful candidate.
