Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at ConvaTec. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our 3PL/4PL warehouses, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Management: Lead and manage the daily operations of our warehouses, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Order Management: Manage the daily workflow of order processing, ensuring accurate and timely creation of client invoices, and resolving any exceptions or queries.
  • Financial Control: Ensure the appropriate level of financial control exists, preventing revenue leakages or defalcation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design and prepare management reports to identify key indicators of operating performance, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Manage import and export processes, ensuring smooth inventory movement, customs clearance, and transportation logistics.
  • Supplier Management: Ensure ConvaTec's logistics suppliers and partners are aligned with our Regional Supply Chain strategies, and maintain accurate SAP logistics parameter setup.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure relevant SOPs and WI's are up-to-date, complying with ISO certification requirements and Internal Audit policies.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with the planning team on S&OP, Demand Planning, Strategic Inventory Management, and other projects, and support the supply chain lead in the development and execution of the distribution network.
Requirements
  • Education: Tertiary qualification in business or related field (or equivalent based on experience).
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience across critical Supply Chain areas, including Supply Planning and Execution, Logistics, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Customer Service.
  • Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills, intermediate data analytics capabilities, intermediate knowledge of SAP transactions, reports, and capabilities, and intermediate MS Office skills, with a particular strength in Excel and BI tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritize work, and deliver to set expectations, respond resourcefully and flexibly to new challenges, and function effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
