Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to fill the role of Assistant Principal Religious Education. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in leading and managing a school community, with a focus on strategic planning, staff development, and fostering a positive school culture.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Catholic values and teachings, with experience in promoting and integrating these principles within the school environment. They will also have a proven ability to lead faith-based initiatives and support the spiritual development of students and staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in educational leadership, including a strong track record of implementing innovative teaching practices and improving student outcomes in accordance with AITSL standards.
  • Relevant contemporary skills and experience, including experience as an Assistant Principal, Deputy Principal, Head of Campus or Principal, or equivalent experience.
  • Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
