We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful roll-out of our new work order management system.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth integration of the field ticketing management system into daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in project management.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing project plans, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Overseeing end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring efficient execution within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Leading cross-functional teams, including developers, IT infrastructure specialists, and business analysts, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinating communication between internal IT teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Managing project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation for cost-effective execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT project management frameworks, methodologies, and reporting standards.
  • Facilitating project meetings, working groups, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with strategic objectives.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong project management experience and a proven ability to lead the roll-out of new technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing technology projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and ensuring continuous improvement post-go-live.

Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in leading the implementation of technology solutions, preferably within a similar field-based services industry.
  • Experience or knowledge of Simpro, or similar field work order management system is highly advantageous, however not essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive high performance.
  • Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources for successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining alignment with business objectives, strategic goals, and stakeholder expectations.
