About You

We're seeking a Project Delivery Specialist who will help us shape, plan, and manage project delivery to ensure successful outcomes. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with other teams to shape our project management practices and ensure an efficient project portfolio management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan projects: Analyze project briefs to plan timelines, budgets, resources, and processes required for successful delivery.
  • Collaborate to deliver: Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and activities, then coordinate team efforts to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Remove ambiguity: Provide guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle, including clear outlines of work plans, responsibilities, and scopes of authority.
  • Keep stakeholders informed: Implement a frequent and concise communication plan, reporting project progress and status regularly.
  • Be technically savvy: Gain familiarity with our technology stack through collaboration with application owners, architects, and engineers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience managing technical projects that drive impactful change from inception to transition.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including influencing senior leaders.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to create realistic project delivery plans.
