Chef - Create Memorable Dining Experiences

We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality, innovative dishes and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes to the highest standard with careful attention to recipes and artful presentation.
  • Ensure a clean, well-organized, and efficient kitchen, maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work effectively both as a part of a team and independent situations.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver a dining experience that leaves a lasting impression on our guests.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year in a Commercial kitchen as Commis or similar role within a restaurant or hotel.
  • Formal culinary training, such as a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, showcasing commitment to the craft.
  • A true passion for high-quality, innovative dishes.
  • A collaborative spirit, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and efficiency, thriving in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
