At our organization, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs. Our team of skilled and qualified support workers aims to provide the best possible outcomes for participants, empowering them to reach their goals.

We are now seeking highly skilled, qualified and experienced support workers to perform the following supports:

  • Personal Care (e.g., toileting, showering, dressing)
  • Domestic Duties (light household chores)
  • Community Access (taking to appointments, accompanying individuals on outings, assisting them in community participation and driving)

Essential criteria include:

  • Experience working with high-needs, complex care participants
  • A qualification in Cert III in Individual Support, Disability Support or other health-related field
  • Flexible schedule
  • An ability to work autonomously without supervision
  • Current Police Check & Working with Children's Check (if required)
  • A current driver's license & access to a reliable vehicle
  • A genuine willingness and ability to show compassion towards clients

This is a casual position offering flexible hours. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing person-centered care.

Shift availability includes:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Flexible hours
  • Morning shift
  • Overtime
  • Shift work
  • Weekend availability

Licence/Certification requirements include:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
  • Driver's License (required)
  • First Aid Certificate (preferred)
  • Police Check (preferred)
  • Working With Children (WWC) Check (preferred)

Work authorization is required for Australia.
