**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker.

The successful candidate will provide care and companionship for older people, empowering their independence and improving their quality of life in the Nowra to Kiama area.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with household cleaning and cooking meals.
  • Aiding with personal care - assisting with bathing and dressing.
  • Providing transport for health and wellbeing - driving to medical appointments, and accompanying clients on shopping outings or to programs/activities.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Experienced in aged or community care, or passionate to begin their career in aged care.
  • Empathetic and resourceful, able to live our values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
  • Flexible and prepared to help meet the changing needs and schedules of our home care clients.
  • In possession of a provisional or full Australian driving licence and ongoing access to a reliable vehicle that's comprehensively insured (not just CTP).
