Job Title: Department Head

 

The successful candidate will lead the department to develop a shared educational vision, focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students. The role involves embedding socially just practices in daily school life and setting high standards for student and staff performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience in an educational setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and stakeholders.

- Ability to embed socially just practices in daily school life, promoting equality and respect among all members of the school community.
