About the Role

As an Insurance Broker Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting senior brokers in managing client portfolios and developing tailored insurance solutions.

You will conduct market research and analysis to identify insurance products that meet client needs, prepare insurance quotes, proposals, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently.

You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders, handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and collaborate with team members to optimize processes and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance brokerage or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance software.
