We are seeking an experienced and passionate Child Care Cluster Director to lead and manage Floribunda Preschool and Nangamay OSHC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing high-quality education and care programs for children aged 0 to 12.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage Childcare Services: Ensure the delivery of exceptional educational programs and services that meet the needs of our children and families.
- Drive Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement educational strategies that align with our curriculum frameworks and promote the intellectual, social, and physical development of our children.
- Staff Management: Undertake the role of Nominated Supervisor, guiding and supporting your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and education.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget management and ensure financial efficiency in the delivery of our services.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a positive and productive work environment through strong leadership and staff management, and collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance service quality.
- Diploma Qualification: A Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Tertiary Qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- Proven Ability: Proven ability to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and families.
- Child Protection Certificate: A Child Protection Certificate or a commitment to obtaining one.
- Knowledge of National Quality Standards: In-depth knowledge of The National Quality Standards and contemporary curriculum frameworks.
- Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and support staff to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Budget Management Experience: Experience in budget management, with the ability to ensure financial efficiency in the delivery of our services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
