Lead and Manage Our Childcare Services

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Child Care Cluster Director to lead and manage our childcare services, ensuring the delivery of exceptional educational programs for children aged 0 to 12.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families
  • Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Oversee budget management and ensure financial efficiency
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment through strong leadership and staff management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and enhance service quality
What We Are Looking For:
  • A Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Tertiary Qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • Proven ability to develop and implement educational programs
  • Child Protection Certificate or a commitment to obtaining one
  • In-depth knowledge of The National Quality Standards and contemporary curriculum frameworks
  • Familiarity with The Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in budget management
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Commencing hourly rate: $96,174.00 - $111,325.00 +11.5% superannuation
