Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of local and national housing and mortgage broker markets.
- Experience with mortgage and lending products and services.
- Proven skills in sales, business development, and relationship management, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of credit and risk policies.
- Current, unrestricted Australian driver's license.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills and ability to perform statistical analysis.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related business field.
