The Opportunity
Due to internal movement and growth within the Western Region, we are currently looking to appoint an experienced LV Fitter or Automotive Heavy Duty Mechanic. This is an exciting opportunity to join company that values your lifestyle and offers a flexible roster with job security and stability and real career progression opportunities.
In this role, your key focus will be performing planned maintenance and carrying out major component change outs across various mine sites throughout the Pilbara and North West regions. Working alongside experienced team members, you will be united in your approach to completing quality OEM level work whilst providing great customer service to our clients.
Working throughout WA on various rosters ex Perth or in the Southwest of Perth, you will:
- Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
- Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) trade qualifications
- Have knowledge and understanding of mining equipment
- Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in remote areas within a supported team
- Have good communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long term relationships
- A police clearance and current drivers licence are essential
