Underground HD Fitter Opportunities

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Heavy Duty Equipment Technician to join our maintenance team. As an Underground HD Fitter, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing heavy-duty equipment used in underground mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair heavy-duty equipment, including machinery, tools, and accessories
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with heavy-duty equipment
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and schedule work orders

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Australian recognised Heavy Mechanical Trade Qualification
  • Hands-on experience with heavy-duty equipment and technologies, including leading OEMs such as Epiroc, CAT & Sandvik
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with highly developed skills in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex mechanical issues
  • Valid WA "C" Class Driver's License at minimum or Australian equivalent
