About the Role:

  • Tertiary qualification in Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Proactive mindset and strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Confidence to build relationships at all levels and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Motivation to learn and commitment to making a positive impact on workplace safety.
  • Previous experience in high-risk industries (construction, mining, manufacturing) is highly regarded but not essential.

Career Advancement:

  • Clear development pathways into Advisor, Business Partner, or Management roles for those who demonstrate potential and dedication.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Current driver's licence and basic proficiency in office systems.
