About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer - Electrical to join our growing Rouse Hill project team within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex Electrical, Instrumentation and Control works safely, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Design Team, Site Engineering and Supervisory Team to deliver electrical works
  • Assist with contract development, variation management, and cost control
  • Design review, procurement, expediting, site installation, and commissioning management of HV, LV, and Control electrical packages
  • Participate in HAZOPs, SiD reviews, CHAIR's, and other workshops as required
  • Oversee practical completion documentation and manage Design & Construct HV and Electrical, Instrumentation and Control subcontractors
  • Commissioning management of newly constructed assets
Requirements
  • Relevant Tertiary Electrical Engineering Qualifications
  • 10 years' experience in Electrical Engineering role
  • Experience on construction projects in water infrastructure, Water or Wastewater Treatment Plants (preferred)
  • Knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design, and contracts management functions
  • Affinity for continuous improvement and innovation, applying learnings to 'real world' project delivery environments
  • Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership
  • Adept at adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely Culture
