Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated individuals to become part of our esteemed Culinary Services team. This part-time role offers shifts from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM on a rotating schedule throughout the week, with opportunities to take on additional hours, totaling up to 35 hours every two weeks. Flexibility regarding start times may be accommodated.

The primary responsibilities of this role include supporting the operation of our food service system, along with various cleaning and food preparation tasks. This encompasses the preparation, presentation, and delivery of meals and beverages to all patients, residents, and clients.

Qualifications and Skills

Mandatory:

  • Proven experience in a comparable position
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • In-depth understanding of food safety and hygiene standards relevant to a culinary services environment (Familiarity with HACCP)

Preferred:

  • Certification in food handling
  • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Barista experience
  • Qualifications in Hospitality
