About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at SDN Redfern. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children and supporting the implementation of an approved learning framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain nurturing relationships with children, promoting positive behavior and communication.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of children.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current Working with Children's Check (NSW).
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
