About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at SDN Redfern. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children from birth to school age.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current Working with Children's Check (NSW).
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
  • Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (preferable).
