We are seeking a skilled Administration and Roster Officer to join our team in Ferntree Gully, VIC. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional looking for stable employment and opportunities for growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules and assembling a high-performing team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. You will work closely with our General Manager and provide administrative support to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Coordinate office administration, rostering, and shift allocations
- Manage replacement scheduling for sick leave
- Provide essential support to the Care and Facility Managers
- Communicate effectively and deliver outstanding customer service
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position that offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum.

Requirements- Previous experience with rostering is essential
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced computer and word processing abilities
- Must meet Aged Care Worker Screening requirements
- Salary packaging up to $18,550 in not-for-profit incentives per FBT year
- Potential tax savings of up to $7,000 annually
