We are seeking a skilled Administration and Roster Officer to join our team in Ferntree Gully, VIC. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional looking for stable employment and opportunities for growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules and assembling a high-performing team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. You will work closely with our General Manager and provide administrative support to ensure smooth facility operations.

  • Coordinate office administration, rostering, and shift allocations
  • Manage replacement scheduling for sick leave
  • Provide essential support to the Care and Facility Managers
  • Communicate effectively and deliver outstanding customer service

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position that offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum.

Requirements
  • Previous experience with rostering is essential
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced computer and word processing abilities
  • Must meet Aged Care Worker Screening requirements
