We are seeking a highly skilled Project Estimator to join our team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in estimating infrastructure and construction projects, with a strong understanding of cost drivers and methodologies.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field, and be proficient in estimating software such as Expert Estimation. They will also have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead first-principles reviews of contractor estimates
- Validate methodology, risk and opportunity against client requirements
- Negotiate cost adjustments and provide recommendations for contractor awards
- Manage workload and ensure efficient progression of estimates from submission to approval
