About the Role

We are seeking a qualified physiotherapist to work with patients in community settings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients through home care packages/NDIS.
  • Work collaboratively with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.
  • Educate clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.
  • Work autonomously to prioritize tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
  • Registration with AHPRA.
  • Police Check Clearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
