Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve Physiotherapy services
Lead and manage a team of Physiotherapists to deliver high-quality care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor and evaluate service performance to drive continuous improvement
Have a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Possess strong leadership and management skills, with experience in driving change and innovation in healthcare settings.
