Deputy Head of Physiotherapy Services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join our leadership team as Deputy Head of Department. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the development of physiotherapy services and make a positive impact on patient care.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide strategic direction for physiotherapy services across the region.
- To align physiotherapy objectives with organisational plans and policies.
- To maintain, review and develop comprehensive physiotherapy services across the region.
- To identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
- To provide effective leadership and guidance to physiotherapy staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with the relevant professional body.
- Extensive clinical experience across multiple settings, including evidence-based practice.
- Strong skills in human resource management, including performance management and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
