Disability Service Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our disability service in the Border Riverina region.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for empowering people with disabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

  • Leadership: Inspire and guide your team to achieve excellence in delivering safe, person-centered services to customers.
  • Culture: Foster a culture that promotes respect, accountability, and inclusivity, upholding the rights and dignity of people we support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders to deliver on promises and meet customer needs.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day service delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, safeguarding, and customer goals.
  • Performance Management: Set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and use data-driven insights to identify areas for growth and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services or Social Services or equivalent skills/experience.
  • Minimum three years' experience in operations leadership in complex care within NDIS-era disability sector.
