Childhood Development Specialist

Early Childhood Educators play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children aged 0-5 years.
Bathurst Regional Council seeks passionate and experienced individuals to contribute to room management, promote child health and safety, support education and planning, and enrich children's lives through play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities- Implement a high-quality educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes for children
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the community
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
The successful applicant will possess:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification
- A strong understanding of National Quality Standards, Education and Care Regulations, and National Law
- Current First Aid, Emergency Asthma Management, and Anaphylaxis Management training
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
This position requires a pre-employment health assessment.
