We are seeking a seasoned Supply Growth Strategy Manager to own and manage end-to-end supply metrics across acquisition, retention, and earnings.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a Supply Growth Strategy Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing incentives programs as part of a broader supply growth strategy. Your expertise in data analysis and SQL will enable you to drive business decisions with data-driven insights.

As the Supply Growth Strategy Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of initiatives that grow and sustain our earner base. This includes managing incentives as one of several levers, optimizing funnel conversion, and tracking earner earnings to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage end-to-end supply metrics across acquisition, retention, and earnings
  • Design, execute, and optimize incentives programs as part of a broader supply growth strategy
  • Analyze and monitor earner earnings, ensuring we remain competitive in the ANZ market
  • Identify and address funnel barriers to improve onboarding and activation of new earners
  • Build and maintain reporting for key supply metrics, ensuring clear visibility of trends, risks, and opportunities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4-7 years' experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or analytics in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills: ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive solutions using data-driven insights
  • Analytical skills: proficiency in SQL is required, with strong experience with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint
  • Communication skills: ability to clearly present complex data and recommendations in a concise way
  • Collaboration skills: strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively across multiple teams and geographies
Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to incentives, pricing, or growth strategy is highly valued.
