Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Coordinator to join our team.

About the Position

This is a full-time role with some flexibility to work from home, providing support to individuals with complex needs in their NDIS plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
  • Assist participants in accessing necessary services and resources, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Collaborate effectively with participants, families, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals and outcomes.
Key Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities, ensuring excellent relationships with participants and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment, adapting to changing priorities and needs.
  • Experience working with individuals with complex support needs is highly desirable, with a strong commitment to person-centred and trauma-informed practices.
  • Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in relevant theoretical principles and practices.
