Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Forensic Mental Health Nurse to join our team at NHS Ayrshire & Arran. As a part-time Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to individuals with complex rehabilitation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with varying needs, including risk assessment and management.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to support patients in their journey of recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in the New to Forensic Mental Health education program to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Registered mental health nurse with a keen interest in Forensic Nursing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and a patient-focused approach.
