Project Manager for Clinical Research

The primary objective of this role is to undertake tasks within divisional projects and initiatives to ensure achievement of the clinical trials program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake project planning, coordination, and implementation tasks to support the clinical trials program.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality reports, correspondence, and briefing papers for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including health professionals, researchers, governments, and charity organisations.
  • Manage projects using project management tools, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and monitoring project activity.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated relevant experience in health program planning and project management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with good attention to detail and ability to consult, collaborate, and build effective working relationships.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare systems in NSW and Commonwealth.
  • Understanding of cancer clinical trial landscape and conduct in NSW, with relevant experience in a research or healthcare setting (desired).
